I mix entrees all of the time because one entree is usually not enough. I like the chic parm w/turkey chili as well as as the chic parm w/the creole rice... very tasty. Also, some black pepper and stock is tasty with the mushroom risotti. Add spinach or other favorite veggies for a full one bowl/one pot meal. Very satisfying!
Also, you can do these things during the weight loss phase because the calories are minimal... think hunger with no fiber or volume and you've significantly added probably about 1200 additional calories...so in essence, "less is more"... prayers for a successful weight loss! :)

Welcome to the greatest weigh management program around!.
The double entrees can be used during the weight loss phase as well as after. A lot of time I will mix multiple entrees with vegetable and soup and then divide it up. The flavor changes are fantastic. I mixed 2 entrees while on decision free often when I was very hungry, and now on healthy solutions, I add vegetables to it and enjoy.
Good luck on your weight loss.

| Are these after you have achieved your weight loss? All sound like a lot of added calories...Just wondering as I am a new one on this board and to this diet.

I like mixing a lot.,. the crock pot is great for this. Last night I did
Chicken pasta, 5 bean, beef stew and turkey chili, with a can of flavored diced tomatoes, 1 envelope soups, 2 bags of frozen vegetables and 2 cups of water. Crock pot on high for 4 hours... YUMMY, can even add a dollu of ff sour cream if you like.

| Try doing a mexican night. I have taken the Beef and Bean Enchilada and put that on a plate with the Chicken Creole. They mix very well together. You can then add different vegetables each time you do this. I also will use fat free sour cream. It isn't even like dieting.

| I like the Oriental Beef mixed with the Vegetable Beef Stew. You can even add in more oriental vegetables. I have also mixed the Turkey Chili with the 5 Bean. It is great with some extra stewed tomato.
