| Hi - I just started a few days ago and honestly, I am hungry. I combine my fruits with my shakes, make double shakes, etc... so I'm amazed that some people are totally satisfied with this amount of calories - I think it's great, and I hope it happens soon for me too!

| Plan, plan and plan again!! If you plan out your days you will find it really isn't that hard to get all this in. Embrace the fact that you can eat this volume of food and still lose weight because they are so low in calories. Make a blueprint of your day and work at making that your daily routine.

| Write out a time line the night before. Adjust the next day if needed. Good Luck!

I find it easier to get it all in, by getting as much in by noon as possible. Double up your shakes - always (that helps me) and you can even double up entrees or combine several different ones together.

| I agree to add 1 piece of fruit to your morning shake, then take a blender to work and have your shakes at 10am and 2pm and of course your HMR meal at noon. It will hopefully become a routine, I'm starting this same plan on Jan 1, 2005!

| Planning!! Without a plan you will struggle to fit in 3 + 2 + 5 everyday. And make sure you start early in the day, that helps from having to cram it all in at night.

| Try to combine your fruits with your shakes and your vegetables in with your entrees and it sets up a win-win situation!
