Is there such a thing as to many additives? Should I limit my use for maximum weightloss?

| A sugarfree fatfree dressing that is really great is made by Maplegrove. They make a Balsamic and a Rasberry vinagarette. I get it at my local grocery. It comes from Vermont; but I live in Lousiana.

| What do people think about stone ground corn meal? Is this outside the box even if you only use a tablespoon?

| Yes, you can overdue your additives. Try to find calorie free ways to flavor your shakes like extracts and flavorings. Remember, the sugar-free pudding and jello powders do contail a lot of sodium so use in moderation.

There are a lot of additives that I have found that have very few calories so it is not a big concern.
There are extract flavorings that have no calories, or Crystal Light/diet soda is another great way to flavor shakes without really adding calories.
Some of the additives do start to increase your daily total, so I just choose the lower calorie ones.
But remember even if you have 100 calories a day in additives that is still only 700 calories per week!! I used to do that in just salad dressing on my salad.
