3 ice cubes
1 packet of HMR® lactose-free chocolate or vanilla
bottle of calorie-free diet soda, pref.
coke
cream soda
root-beer
raspberry cream
Place ice cubes and a "splash" of soda in blender. Quickly operate blender ("pulse" is perfect) until ice is _just crushed_. Ideally ice has formed a cone, or beter yet, a boken egg formation around bottom of blender. Carefully empty packet-powder onto/into ice formation. Briefly blend (or "pulse"). Consistency should be think slush, but not with powder lumps. If lumps, put in another "splash," "pulse" again until you get the slush-no lumps effect.
Pour slush into tall glass (use spatula). _Slowly_ pour soda down the side of the glass onto the slush. A nice "head" will form and rise up to the glass. When full, pop in a soda straw and serve with a long spoon.
