3 Vanilla 70+
1 Vanilla 500
4 Oz water
1 Cup canned pumpkin
½ Tsp pumpkin pie spice
½ Tsp cinnamon
Splenda to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Blend all ingredients together until smooth and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
Spray a pie pan with non-stick cooking spray and fill with pumpkin mixture.
Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool completely before serving.
