Apple Butterscotch Dessert |

| Ingredients: |
1 HMR Vanilla 70+
1 TBSP fat-free, sugar-free butterscotch pudding powder
1 Teaspoon Citrucel Clear Fiber Mix
5 oz. very cold water
1 apple, cored and peeled
Splenda
Cinnamon |

| Mixing Directions: |
Directions:
Chunk apple and bake in microwave on high for 3 minutes, add Splenda and cinnamon to taste. Whisk shake, pudding, fiber, and ½ the water until peaks form. (The harder you whisk the more volume you get) Add the rest of the water and continue to whisk until smooth. Serve on top of the apples. |
