Cauliflower potatoes |

| Ingredients: |
3 Potatoes
1 Large Head of Cauliflower or 2 Small Ones
3 Packets HMR Chicken Soup
Lemon Pepper (To Taste) |

| Mixing Directions: |
Clean potatoes and leave the skin on. Cut potatoes into 1/4" slices and boil until tender. Cut cauliflower off stalk and steam until tender—do not overcook. Drain both the potatoes and cauliflower; then, place in large mixing bowl. Add HMR Chicken Soup and Lemon Pepper. Mash and mix ingredients with a hand masher until somewhat creamy. Mixture should still have lumps and texture.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve in soup bowl. Cauliflower-Potatoe mixture in center, HMR Veggie Stew ladled around edges of bowl.
