1 scoop Vanilla HMR 120 or 1 1/2 packages Vanilla HMR 70+, 500, or 800
2-3 tsp. Sugar free Jell-O Vanilla instant pudding powder
10 oz. water or skim milk
Butter Rum extract
Nutmeg
