1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled
3 packets non-caloric sweetner
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
mint leaves
Wash berries and cut in half lengthwise. Toss
well with sweetener. Cover and chill 1 hour.
Just before serving, sprinkle with balsamic
Vinegar and toss well. Garnish with a mint leaf
