4 oz cold water
2 HMR® Chocolate Shakes
2 Tbsp malt mix
2 - 3 ice cubes

| Mixing Directions: |
Add water, supplements, and malt mix into blender. Mix on low for one minute. Add ice one at a time and blend on low. It will be thick and creamy! |
