5 oz. hot water
1 packet HMR® 500 Chocolate
½ teaspoon sugar-free chocolate instant pudding mix
1. Pour hot liquid (not boiling) into the blender.
(Loosen the lid to allow the steam to escape.)
2. Add shake mix and flavorings.
3. Cover. Blend on low speed for 5 seconds.
You may substitute HMR 70 Plus, HMR 120, or HMR 800.
IMPORTANT: If you are using HMR 70 Plus, use warm (not hot) water.
