Blueberry Truffles

Ingredients:

  • 1 HMR Blueberry BeneFit® Bar
  • 1 tsp. sugar-free vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 tsp. HMR 120 Vanilla Shake

Directions:

  1. Cut the bar into 5 pieces.
  2. Arrange pieces on a plate.
  3. Microwave bar 8 seconds to soften.
  4. Using your fingers, carefully roll each piece into small balls.
  5. Put shake and pudding mix in a small bowl.
  6. Roll the balls in mixture to coat.
  7. Put in refrigerator to harden for about 15 minutes (if they’re too hard, bring them to room temperature to soften a bit).
