1 Pkg. HMR Multigrain Cereal
1 Pkg. Vanilla HMR 500
1 Tbl. Banana Sugarfree Instant Pudding
1/2 C Club Soda
1 Ripe Banana, Mashed
1 Pkg. Vanilla HMR 70+
1 tsp. White Chocolate Sugarfree Instant Pudding
1/4 tsp. Vanilla
1/3 C Cold Water (add more water, if necessary, to get proper consistency)
Mix dry cookie ingredients; then, stir in pop, vanilla, and mashed banana. Let mixture stand 10 minutes. Mixture will thicken upon standing. Drop batter onto baking sheet that has been lightly sprayed with non-stick baking spray. Spread batter slightly with back of spoon. Batter should make 6 cookies. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Mix all filling ingredients and chill.
Carefully remove cookies from baking sheet as soon as they are out of the oven. Spoon approx. 1 Tbl. frosting mixture onto the bottom side of each cookie, covering ½ of the surface.
Fold cookie in half over the filling. Some of the filling should show on the open edge of the cookie. Serve while still warm. Enjoy!
