4 packs of HMR® 70+ vanilla
4 tsp. sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix
1 tsp. Splenda
One cup of strawberries
1. Pour HMR 70+ and sugar free cheesecake pudding powder into a mixing bowl.
2. Add water while mixing until reaching desired thickness. Mix approximately 5 minutes.
3. Place mixture into pie dish and spread evenly.
4. Mix strawberries and Splenda in food processor. Pulse lightly....just enough to chop the strawberries.
5. Pour fruit mixture over cheesecake and refrigerate for 8 hours.
