Beef Stroganoff, with Beef Stew entree

Ingredients:

1 Beef Stew entree
1 garlic clove
1/2 onion
1 cup fresh mushrooms
1 tsp of beef bouillon granules
2 TB of fat free sour cream

Directions:

Stir granules with 1/4 cup water and saute onion, mushroom and garlic until tender. Heat beef stew and combine then add sour cream.
