2 Packs HMR 70+ Vanilla Shake Nutmeg (to taste)
1 Packet HMR 500 Vanilla shake Cinnamon (to taste)
3 Packets Splenda sweetener
Approx. 1 1/4 cups water (to make into consistency of pancake batter)
4-5 Drops Banana Extract (to taste)
4-5 Drops Vanilla Extract (to taste)
1. Blend with wisk, adding extracts last, until smooth and pancake batter like.
2. Spray 24 count mini muffin pan with Pam. Spoon mixture into pan.
3. Bake at 325 approx. 35 minutes or until middle is "jello" firm. Batter will rise but fall as it cools.
Note: 8 "muffins" are equal to 1 HMR shake
*For Chocolate Bars use HMR 70+ and 500 Chocolate shakes and eliminate spices.
